Holiday Request Form

This is the form that you will need to fill in to request your child be allowed holiday during term time. Please Note: This cannot be used for regular short holidays. This will be refused by the head teacher.

ParentMail Request Form

If you would like to have all the newsletters, letters sent to you via email, this is the form that you will need. Every important form will be sent via a website called ParentMail. Please fill this form in and send it to the office to sign up.
